Paul Szczesny, is one of the original founders of Eco Solar, and its project manager. His passion for Solar started while employed as an Assistant Project Manager for an electrical construction company, which started installing solar in 2008. He received his Environmental Building Technologies certificate from Wright College in 2011, along with Building Operator Certification I & II. He is committed to providing energy independence to everyone and is passionate about developing new micro-grid systems.

Josh Marder, Managing Director, was an English Major at Illinois Wesleyan University in 2003, and recently graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with an M.S. in Environmental Management. Josh enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox and is always down for some golf, whether it be regular, mini or frisbee…He is committed to providing renewable-energy solutions to everyone and is looking forward to the future of clean power in Illinois and beyond.

George Samovsky is moonlighting at Eco Solar Solutions, putting his engineering skills to work, while waiting for his big break as a blues and rock musician. He’s passionate about renewable technologies and has made it his mission to put a solar panel, wind turbine or solar collector on every the roof of every house in America.

Luke immigrated to the United States from Poland in 1990, and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with a degree in English and History. Although he very much enjoys literature and Literary Theory, he decided to capitalize on an innate Eastern European knack for web development and design. His parents developed within him a deep respect for animals and plants, for healthy living, and for individuals’ independence and freedom.

Nisa Malik is a Business Development Associate at Eco Solar Solutions. Nisa provides administrative support in the research, analysis, and sales of the renewable energy solutions offered by Eco Solar Solutions. She earned her B.A. in Economics from San Jose State University in Silicon Valley and is a recent graduate from IIT’s Stuart School of Business with an M.S. in Environmental Management and Sustainability. In between degrees Nisa spent time in India working on sustainable rural development projects. When not working to promote energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy use, Nisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, outdoor excursions, and visiting museums.
